Plain language summary: Use Q-MUMMA APIs fairly and legally. Don’t abuse the platform. Pay for what you use. Your data stays yours. Aumtrix owns the platform. Disputes governed by Indian law.
By accessing or using Q-MUMMA (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation. These terms are between you and Aumtrix Inc. (Manu Martin Inc DBA Aumtrix, a Delaware C-Corp; India entity: KishKindha International Pvt Ltd).
You are responsible for all activity under your API keys. Keys must not be shared publicly, embedded in client-side code, or used by unauthorised parties. Report compromised keys immediately. Aumtrix may revoke keys for violation of these terms without notice.
You may not use Q-MUMMA to: (a) violate any law or regulation; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer the AI Brain, PQC vault, or MANU AGI systems; (c) systematically harvest benchmark data for competitive products; (d) perform denial-of-service attacks; (e) submit false academic or research credentials for free-tier access.
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually. Per-execution costs are billed at the end of each billing period. Failed hardware jobs are never billed. Disputed charges must be raised within 30 days. All fees are in USD unless agreed otherwise in writing.
You own all input data submitted to Q-MUMMA APIs. You own all result data returned. Aumtrix retains anonymised, aggregated benchmark statistics for AI Brain training. Aumtrix will never sell your identifiable data to third parties.
Q-MUMMA™, Q-MUMMA Score™, AumShield™, and “The Next CUDA of Quantum Computing” are trademarks of Aumtrix Inc. The platform, AI Brain, and all patent claims C1–C10 are the intellectual property of Aumtrix Inc.
Aumtrix’s liability is limited to fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. Aumtrix is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Quantum hardware errors outside our control do not constitute a breach.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India. For US entities, Delaware courts may apply at Aumtrix’s election.
