Common Questions

What counts as a quantum shot?
One circuit execution on real quantum hardware. If you run 1,000 samples on IBM Heron — that counts as 1 shot (job). Shots are per job submission, not per sample.
Do unused shots roll over?
No. Shots reset on the 1st of each month. Upgrade to Pro or Enterprise for higher monthly allocations.
Is ML-DSA-65 signing on free tier?
Yes. Every API result on every plan — including Free — is ML-DSA-65 signed and verifiable. This is non-negotiable per our architecture.
Can I pay per-run instead of subscribing?
Yes. All algorithms are available as pay-per-run from $0.10–$5.00/run without a subscription. Subscriptions unlock discounts and higher volume.
What is the Sovereign plan?
Sovereign is for governments, defence, and critical infrastructure needing on-premise deployment, dedicated hardware, and India DPDP / GDPR / ITAR compliance packages.
What payment methods do you accept?
